POSITION PROFILE:
We are looking for aggressive Business
Development / Marketing Consultants in Melbourne for our
growing IT Recruitment Services Company.
It is a Business Development role which requires
aggressive marketing and sales efforts. You will set your own hours to work
wherever you are living currently within Australia.
If you can penetrate into competitive sales and
marketing world, are confident of cultivating your network of personal &
corporate contacts and are aggressive enough to exceed your own targets, then
you can be extremely successful in this role.
ROLE PROFILE:

Identifies and follows through legitimate sales opportunities,
providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop client
relationships.

Builds a sales pipeline of sales opportunities.

Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients
continuously assessing and communicating how RecruitBeyond can meet their
needs.

Completes and submits sales pipeline prospecting and sales
tracking reports to management on a regular basis.

A well-rounded personality.

Ability to visualize the "Big Picture" while
communicating with prospective clients.

Ability to establish client/prospect rapport and to persuasively
present and represent business capabilities of RecruitBeyond.

Possesses strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
